Physicians and Practice Administrators: 3 Ways to Submit A Prescription

At present, PharmaLabs does not accept prescriptions directly from patients. Please contact your doctor to be prescribed a PharmaLabs product.  Patients can use the Physician Finder on our partner's website--menmd.com--to find prescribing physician in your local area. menMD's membership is FREE.

At present, PharmaLabs cannot ship medications to AL, AK, AR, KY, ND, and SD.

(1) Download the order form and fax it to us at  888-247-0840. We will notify the patient regarding payment and ship the product within 48 hours of receipt.

(2) Add PharmaLabs in your EMR. Once the prescription is electronically transferred, we will notify the patient to arrange payments and delivery within 24 hours.
